The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with soft-spoken staff and good AC cooling. The parking was ample, and all channels were available on the set-top box. The dining options included paneer malai and butter chicken for non-vegetarians.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, up to the standards of Best Western. The staff was really welcoming and friendly, especially Aarvi from the front office. The location is very convenient, right next to a big park and all the great eating places and bars. The dining experience was good, but I wished for a wider spread. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very spacious with a good view from the window, and the staff was helpful and cooperative. However, some staff members outside Aarvi were not as experienced in the hotel industry. The location in posh Ranjeet Avenue offered a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of Amritsar city with easy access to the Golden Temple. The dining experience had reasonable choices but could have been quicker in service. Facilities were decent overall.
